Raffa Life Yoga is New England's only Active Relaxation, Wellness Center & Spa.

Owner Christine Raffa offers specialty classes and workshops that teach on how to alleviate the trauma response in the nervous system. She wanted a custom presentation researched and designed to teach on Neurosomatics, a field of study that provides us with a way to live under the stressful demands of an industrial society while still remaining healthy as we age.

Referencing material from the book Somatics by Thomas Hanna, we researched and built out the presentation with a curated selection of imagery that reflects a positive perception of aging, alongside a neutral palette to create balance in the color variations within the imagery. By working with an artistic font style, we aimed to infuse a sense of creativity and novelty into the visual layout, making slides more visually appealing and memorable. We also intentionally selected photography that aligns with a cool-toned neutral palette to lend a sense of tranquility and sophistication to our visual narrative, enhancing the overall aesthetic of our presentation.
