Midwife, herbalist and author Dr. Aviva Romm bridges the gap between traditional wisdom and modern medicine for women and children. Based in New York, Aviva Romm’s practice focuses on integrative medicine through hormone balance, gynecology, menstrual + sexual health, pregnancy, birth and herbal medicine. Aviva’s work has been featured in Forbes, Healthline, InStyle Magazine, MindBodyGreen, and Wellness Mama amongst many other publications, podcasts and interviews. 

With a following over 160k dedicated fans, Aviva was in need of a little bit of social media strategy + art direction to elevate her Instagram presence. She sought out Messi Thoughts Creative to create a warm, beautiful, consistent brand palette and appearance for her Instagram feed. Our work with Aviva Romm consisted of identifying and creating custom templates that meet her needs for types of post rotation with flexible use along with art direction on what the feed could look like, so that it feels authentic and warm, authoritative yet feminine, and creative in a timeless, elegant way.
